From a new review to a posted reply in three steps

    Sign in and connect Google

    Sign in with the Google account we invited. Owners then connect the Google account that manages the Business Profile.

    Review the suggestions

    New reviews appear with a suggested reply. Keep the wording or edit it so it sounds like you.

    Approve and post

    Confirm you have read the reply and post it. It appears on Google, and your name is recorded as the approver.

Questions owners ask

Will it post replies without asking me?

No. Every reply waits for your go ahead. It is posted to Google only after you have read it and said yes, and nothing is ever sent in the background.

Is an AI writing the replies?

No. Each suggestion is picked from a library of prewritten replies that fits the star rating and what the reviewer wrote about. You can change any word before you post.

What do you need from my Google account?

Signing in uses your email address to recognise you, and nothing more. When an owner connects a business, Google asks permission to read its reviews and to post the replies you approve. We ask for nothing else.

How do I get access?

TysonLabs Reviews is invitation only for now. Email support@tysonlabs.in with your Google address and the name of the business, and we will add you.

Can I look after more than one business?

Yes. One login shows every business you have been added to, and you can switch between them in the dashboard.

What can my team do?

Managers can read reviews and post replies. Only owners can connect or reconnect Google.

How up to date are the reviews?

Reviews are fetched from Google about every 15 minutes. Use Sync now to check straight away.

What if I want to stop?

You can disconnect Google at any time from your Google account permissions. If you want the reviews we hold for your business deleted, tell us and we will remove them.
